Calling all my Thai food lovers! Come roll up your sleeves as I teach you some of my favorite Thai recipes. I’ll be showcasing one of my favorite herbs, Thai Basil. Slightly different than sweet basil, Thai Basil tastes a little like anise, with a licorice-likeslightly spicy flavor. If you haven’t been introduced to this herb, you are going to love it! Also, this class will be more interactive because you’ll be learning how to make your very own delicious summer rolls (technically Vietnamese, but who cares!).

For you carnivores just now discovering me, I want you to know that I design my classes for all people who love delicious, healthy food. Even though the recipes are meat and dairy-free, they are extremely versatile and can be adapted in many ways. So you are very welcome in my classes!



Summer Rolls  – The beauty behind making summer rolls is the versatility. Not only will you learn that these rolls are actually quite simple to prepare, you’ll also learn about the wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs you can use to make them. Everything from cucumber to carrot to mango to mint! The special dipping sauce will be the icing on the cake!

Thai Basil Stir Fry Rice – One of my favorite stir fry rice recipes! A simple, yet flavorful fried rice featuring you-know-who! Thai basil!

Creamy Coconut Curry – The key to making delicious coconut curry is perfecting the delicate balance between the coconut and the spices. Too much of one or the other can be overpowering. Also, this recipe serves a base in which you can add vegetables of your choice, as well as protein such as chickpeas, lentils, tempeh, shrimp, etc. It’s a recipe that will keep on giving and giving.


The class will mostly be hands-on with some observation. Also, there will be lots of eating throughout with recipes and leftovers to take home.
