Join me for a night of plant-based cooking Greek-style. Learn how to spin traditional Greek Fare into deliciously healthy eats without compromising taste and texture. If you think delicious Greek food isn’t possible without meat and dairy, then you need to take this class!


Cashew Tzatziki Sauce (dairy-free): If you love Greek food, you looove tzatziki sauce!  I will show you how to magically make a creamy, delicious tzatziki sauce as flavorful, or more, as regular tzatziki sauce. No dairy involved whatsoever.

Tempeh Gyros: Tempeh is a high-quality protein that can easily mimic the texture of meat. You’ll learn how to use the right ingredients, seasonings and method of preparation to make this the perfect meat replacement for gyros. Check out the recipe here.

Mousakka: One of my favorite Greek dishes, Mousakka, reminds me of shepherd’s pie with a little flare of lasagna. It’s hearty and full of creamy-comfort-food-goodness that makes Greek food so dang delicious. The cauliflower bechamel sauce is amazingly flavorful, and you’ll be delighted with how relatively simple this dish is to make.

Greek Fries with Lemon Vinaigrette – Just another delicious way to spice up your spuds!


Class will mostly be observation, with the exception of a few volunteers to help with food preparation when needed. Also, there will be lots of eating throughout with recipes and leftovers to take home.

  1. GF vegan here. How GF are your recipes?

    • 99% gluten-free. The only gluten containing ingredients that I use in some of my recipes is Nama Shoyu Soy sauce and sprouted bread. I always give coconut aminos as the alternative for the soy sauce and millet bread as an alternative for the bread.
