Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner and I must have you prepared to celebrate it veggie-style! Mexican food is my thing, and I’m super thrilled to share some of my favorite recipes with you. Lastly, I’ll be giving away one of my most prized recipes, Cashew Queso Cheese Sauce. You won’t believe how incredibly simple it is to make.
Tequila Lime Cilantro Coleslaw | I’ll be giving a spin on one of my most popular recipes, Cilantro Lime Coleslaw. This recipe itself is out-of-this-world delicious, but tequila! No Cinco de Mayo is complete without a splash of tequila. I’ve already tested the recipe and I can assure you it will blow your socks off.
